What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express, and Clearpay. You're also able to Pay Later with Klarna,PayPal Credit or Clearpay. We do not accept any other cards, nor do we accept cheques or cash. You can also place an order over the phone or in-store as well.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us along with a tracking link. On the day of delivery, the courier will also send you an update with a direct link to track your parcel in real time.

How can I cancel my order?
Providing your order has not yet been despatched, you can request to cancel your order from the order summary page within your account section. If you do not have an account, please email info@ukboots.co.uk as soon as possible, giving your name and order number and stating that you would like to cancel your order.
Why has my card been declined?
The most common cause for card failure is a mistype of your information. We recommend that you try placing your order again, ensuring that you enter your details correctly.
