To exchange an item, simply send it back to the return address with the required note (order ID, name, and the new size/item you want).
We will process your exchange as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
