At UKBoots, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 45 days from receipt to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition with all tags still attached.

• Footwear, bags, and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes/packaging, which must also be undamaged.

• Made-to-order or altered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Any returns received after 45 days cannot be refunded.

Exchanges & Refunds

• Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days of receiving your returned item.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur a standard delivery charge for re-shipment.

• Please note: We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning any items to us.
